Grace is capable and developing safety talent and mentoring up and coming safety professionals & teams – assisting them to get to the next level in service delivery and pushing through barriers to culture change. Often Grace can be seen supporting industry groups, such as Shop Care and New Zealand Accredited Employers Association and offering her time and expertise at various speaking arrangements, offering insights from her time as the Head of Safety and Wellbeing at Foodstuffs North Island Limited where she lead safety transformation and the Covid19 pandemic response.

In addition, Grace is accustomed to developing and delivering bespoke leadership training offers to assist companies to improve safety outcomes and culture. Sessions include the offer of relevant course content, thought-provoking dialogue, challenging questions, practical activities and usually lots of stories and laughter.
